Three courses.
One clear direction.
Methods is a structured life design curriculum. Each course builds on the last: self-knowledge, then strategy, then purposeful action. Start free. Go as far as you're willing to go.
Start with Self →Self-paced. Workbook-based. Built for real reflection.
No video lectures to passively consume. The courses are exercises: things you actually do and write. They only work if you show up for them. Which is the whole point.
Self
Know yourself. Everything else follows.
Before you can build a strategy or take action in the world, you need to understand yourself: your values, how you process information, where your energy goes, and what kind of impact you actually want to have. The Self course is the inner work that makes everything else possible.
- Ch 1 Core: Values brain-dump, themes, and the Seven Elements of Self-Actualization
- Ch 2 Character: Emotional intelligence, energy audit, mindset, and perspective
- Ch 3 Calling: Ideal day, passions, what the world needs, and your legacy

Strategy
Design your life. Then build it.
You've done the inner work. Now comes the design. The Strategy course takes everything you discovered in Self and turns it into direction: where you are now, where you've been, where you could go, and how to test the right path before you commit to it.
- Ch 1 The Design Frame: Where you are now, gravity problems, and your design criteria
- Ch 2 Journey Map: Your life line, turning points, and the through-line
- Ch 3 Possibility: The What If Generator and three life sketches
- Ch 4 Your Three Plans: Three parallel 5-year plans, scored and compared
- Ch 5 The Experiment: Key assumptions, life experiments, and your design synthesis
Free. 18 exercises. Email required to unlock.

Access · Experts · Community
The third course connects you with people who've done what you're trying to do. Expert conversations, peer community, and accountability. Coming soon.
Designed to make you think, not just feel good.
Most self-development content inspires. This one asks you to actually do something. Here's how it's different.
01
You write. You don't just read.
Every module ends with an exercise: something you write out, fill in, or reflect on. The content only becomes useful when it runs through your specific situation. Blank-page exercises force that.
02
Structure, not vague inspiration.
The courses follow a repeatable pattern: context, example, your turn, and a synthesis. You always know what you're doing and why. And every exercise connects to the framework, not just itself.
03
Better taken with someone.
Take it alongside a trusted friend or family member. Someone who knows you well enough to tell you when you're being honest and when you're performing. Those conversations are the best part.
Common questions.
Do I need to take Self before Strategy?
Technically, no. But it's the right order. The Strategy course is built on the assumption that you already have clarity on your values, mindset, and what matters to you. Self does that work. If you skip it, you'll be designing without a foundation.
How long does each course take?
Most people take Self over 2 to 4 weeks, and Strategy over 3 to 5. There's no deadline. They're self-paced. But giving each exercise proper time and focus is the whole point. Rushing through is a waste of your time.
Where are my responses stored?
In your browser's local storage. Nothing gets sent to a server. When you finish, you can copy all your responses to a document or print to PDF. Your work stays yours.
Why do both courses require an email?
To know who's doing the work. You'll hear from us about what comes next: Course 3, community access, and expert conversations. Your email won't be shared or sold.
Can I take these with someone else?
Yes, and we recommend it. Taking either course alongside a trusted friend or family member and comparing your responses is one of the most valuable things you can do. The curriculum is designed for this.
What if I get stuck or don't finish?
Come back when you can. Your progress saves automatically. Self-awareness isn't a race, and neither is life design.
The work starts with knowing yourself.
The Self course is free, self-paced, and built for people who are serious about understanding who they are before making their next move. Give it the time it deserves.
