Methods: Life Design Curriculum

Design your life. Start with yourself.

Methods is a structured framework for understanding yourself and making decisions aligned with who you actually are. Three courses. A foundation you keep forever.

The Foundation

Good decisions come from one source: knowing what you actually value.

Most people make decisions by feel, by default, or by what looks reasonable on paper. Not because they're incapable. Because they've never built a framework for knowing what they actually want.

When you know what you value, clearly and in writing, the choices that matter get sharper. The direction that fits you becomes more visible. You stop optimizing for someone else's version of a good life and start building your own.

Methods is that framework.

The Curriculum

A framework for understanding yourself. A curriculum for designing your life.

Methods is a 3-course program that takes you from self-discovery through strategy and into purposeful action. It's structured, practical, and built around the belief that self-awareness is the foundation of everything.

01

Self

The inner work. Values, mindset, energy, and impact. Before you can build a strategy or take meaningful action in the world, you need to understand yourself.

02

Strategy

Build a plan. Map your life. Position yourself for where you want to go with actual direction from what you discovered in Self.

03

Execution

Community, expert access, and accountability to make it real. The people and structure to help you follow through.

Who It's For

Built for intentional people at any stage.

Whether you're deciding on a career move, weighing whether to go back to school, figuring out how to grow your business, or simply want to understand yourself better before your next chapter: this gives you the framework to make that decision from a place of real clarity. You don't need to be in crisis. You just need to want to do the thinking.

  • Want a structured framework, not just inspiration
  • Willing to slow down and do real self-reflection
  • Making a decision, or building toward one
  • Ready to be honest about what you actually want
How It Works

The Self curriculum in three chapters.

Each one builds on the last. The sequence matters.

Workbook 01

Orientation

Get grounded. Define what success and happiness mean to you, specifically for your life. Start seeing the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

Workbook 02

Values

Identify the core principles actually driving your decisions. Use the brain-dump methodology to uncover your real values, and audit how effectively you're living them right now.

Workbook 03

Mindset

Understand how you process the world. Emotional intelligence, energy management, living in the present, and training your perspective: four pillars that determine how you show up every day.

Workbook 04

Impact

Clarify the impact you want to have. Identify your passions, connect them to what the world needs, and start shaping a vision for the life you want to build.

"Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom."
Aristotle

We built Methods on a simple premise: most people never receive a formal education in self-understanding. They're taught what to think and what to do. Nobody teaches them who to be. Methods is that missing education. Practical, philosophically grounded, and built to last.

From Participants

What people are saying.

"I've taken a lot of courses. This is the first one that made me feel like I know myself."

Course Participant

"I did the values exercise and cried. I'd never sat down and thought about what actually matters to me."

Course Participant

"The energy audit alone changed how I structure my days."

Course Participant

The foundation of every good decision is the same.

The Self course is self-paced, workbook-based, and built to give you the self-knowledge that makes everything else clearer. Take it seriously and it becomes the framework you return to every time a real decision is in front of you.

Or take it with a friend. The reflection means more when someone who knows you well can push back honestly.
